Our experience was a good one, the staff was always super nice and willing to help with all type of doubts and I think this was the highlight of our stay as we felt supported, specially by Laura in the frontdesk. The room was good, spacious and had the basic items. The location is amazing and we were able to walk everywhere.

A hotel of this type is only as good as the staff, and from the moment we checked in we felt welcome and at home. From Vanessa who greeted us, and Ana and Laura who helped us with any needs, all the staff was sincere, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide selection of choices with fresh fruit, cereals, meats and cheese. Service as timely and helpful. Located just a few meters from the Plaza Del Sol, the hotel offers an ideal location to explore old Madrid. The rooms were modern, with a very comfortable bed and bath. Well insulated from the outside noise, it was easy to get a good nights rest. Would not hesitate to book again on our next stay.

We came at 05:00 AM, we make a reservation for high floor, we got a room on the first floor, poor room, we were very tired, we couldn’t do nothing, no other room was available, on the next day The reception was very helpful, move us to a very nice room, on the 5th floor, thanks to Renata and Sonia that both were so nice and helpful to us.

This boutique hotel is a jewel in Madrid's historical area. You are steps away from great food and the main tourist attractions. I love the hotel's vibe; it perfectly combines historical facades with modern amenities. The hotel is excellent, but what makes the experience a 5-star stay is the excellent staff that works there. I can't thank Renata, Ludmila, Laura, and Ana enough for all their assistance to my family and my elderly mom with mobility challenges. They offered a wheelchair to her and made sure she was safe navigating the cobblestone streets of Madrid. They also provided us with local food options that I would never find in a travel guide. I felt that we were staying with family instead of a hotel. I've never experienced this type of detail and warmth from a hotel staff before. Petit Palace should be proud of its staff. The customer service was top-notch, and I will stay in the same hotel when I return to Madrid. I had such a positive experience that I would select the same hotel chain when traveling to Spain. Thank you again, Renata, Ludmila, Laura, and Ana!
